25,000 sq.m of state-of-the-art office space

Comprising 25,000 sq.m of office space spread over 13 floors, this free-standing building wraps its three wings around a 2,000 sq.m private landscaped garden in the heart of Paris. Carré Suffren can accommodate up to 1,800 people and offers harmonious surroundings with a light and functional architectural style. The main building has an expansive terrace providing a panoramic view from the 8th floor. The other two wings are spread over 13 floors.

Carré Suffren was rigorously designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding environment, ensuring sustainability and successful integration into the neighbourhood.
