Carré Suffren
Carré Suffren: an outstanding initiative in the heart of Paris
Carré Suffren lies in a strategic location at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, just 150m from the banks of the Seine, providing a direct connection to the French capital’s main business centres and airports.
The Carré Suffren development project involves demolishing and rebuilding a 25,000 sq.m office block—previously the head office of the French Atomic Energy Commission (CEA)—acquired by Foncière des Régions and Prédica in 2004.
The building offers an outstanding location at the heart of the 15th arrondissement and draws on the benefits of a neighbourhood that offers a winning blend of old and new.
On the doorstep of the 8th arrondissement and the central business district, Carré Suffren borders an area of influence and exposure for businesses that have chosen to locate their offices on the banks of the Seine in Paris. The district hosts a particularly high number of major service companies and key administrations.
